To act as the primary contact for customers with accidental/damaged vehicles, ensuring smooth processing of insurance claims, accurate repair estimation, and timely delivery of vehicles with high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend customers visiting the bodyshop for accidental vehicle repairs.
Conduct preliminary inspection of vehicles and prepare repair estimates.
Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim approvals and documentation.
Explain repair scope, timelines, and costs to customers in a clear and transparent manner.
Open job cards, update repair status, and ensure timely completion of work.
Regularly update customers about the progress of their vehicles.
Coordinate with workshop, spare parts, and paint teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure final quality check before vehicle delivery.
Maintain proper records of claims, documents, and repair history.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate issues when required.
