Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain AV systems such as interactive flat panels, video walls, and conferencing solutions.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in AV setups.
Provide on-site technical support and ensure smooth functioning of AV equipment.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver customized AV solutions.
Conduct preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
Document installation processes, service reports, and technical issues.
Travel across multiple locations as required for installations and service calls.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in AV system installation and servicing.
Strong knowledge of AV hardware (displays, controllers, cabling, etc.) and software (conferencing platforms, control systems).
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Qualifications
Minimum Graduate or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field.
Certifications in AV technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
