Job Summary

We are hiring a Voice Process Executive – Sales for an outbound calling role. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining products/services, converting leads into sales, and achieving revenue targets. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers

• Identify customer needs and generate sales opportunities

• Promote and explain products/services effectively

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets

• Follow up with interested customers for deal closure

• Maintain call records, leads, and sales reports

Job Requirements

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach

• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Important Note

• This is a outbound voice sales role

• Good communication skills in English (spoken and basic written) are mandatory

• Candidates must be confident in handling customer queries over calls

• Immediate joiners will be preferred
