Voice Process Executive

Job Description – UK Voice Process Executive (Auto Finance Claims)

We are hiring UK Voice Process Executives for an Auto Finance Claims campaign. The role involves speaking with customers in the UK regarding their auto finance agreements and checking their eligibility for claims.

Location: Goldcrest Business Park, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai (Near Ghatkopar Railway Station)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month + incentives
Shift: UK Shift (Night Shift)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to UK customers regarding auto finance agreements
• Ask qualifying questions to determine eligibility for claims
• Explain the claims process clearly to customers
• Collect accurate customer information and update CRM systems
• Transfer qualified leads to the processing/closing team
• Maintain call quality and compliance standards

Requirements
• Good English communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with international clients
• Telecalling / BPO experience preferred
• Insurance or claims experience is an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge
