Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals

• Engage prospects and convert them into site visits and closures

• Ensure timely follow-ups and appointment confirmations

• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial contact to deal closure

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Track customer interactions and capture feedback effectively

• Prioritise tasks to maximise productivity and conversion rates

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly targets

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 6 months to 2+ years in Sales (Real Estate preferred)

• Education: Graduate (Mandatory)

• Languages: Proficiency in Hindi & English

• No significant career gaps

• Candidates currently serving notice period preferred
