Loan Marketplace (multi-lender distribution)
Ping Tree Matching Engine (intelligent lender routing)
Loan Origination System (LOS)
End-to-end Document Collection & Underwriting workflow
Our platform connects borrowers, DSAs, and lenders (Banks & NBFCs) into a single ecosystem—improving conversion rates, reducing turnaround time, and enhancing credit decisioning.
Role Objective
To build and scale the DSA ecosystem and lender partnerships, enabling structured loan sourcing and seamless integration into our platform.
This role goes beyond traditional sales — it is a hybrid of business development, partnerships, and fintech integration.
Key Responsibilities
Lender Partnerships (Core)
Onboard 5–10 Banks/NBFCs initially across:
Personal Loans
Business Loans
Secured Loans
Negotiate and finalise:
Commercials (payouts, slabs, incentives)
TAT and SLA expectations
Drive API integrations with lenders for:
Application submission
Status tracking
Disbursal updates
DSA Network Build-Out
Build and scale a high-quality DSA/channel partner network
Identify, onboard, and manage:
Individual DSAs
Small loan agencies
Chartered accountants / connectors
Design DSA onboarding process:
KYC
Agreement structure
Commission model
Ensure consistent lead quality and volume
Platform Integration (Critical Differentiator)
Work closely with product & tech teams to:
Map lender credit policies into the Ping Tree engine
Ensure DSAs use the platform for application submission
Help structure:
Document collection workflows
LOS integration
Data flow between DSA → Platform → Lender
Commercial & Strategy
Define and optimise:
Commission structures
Partner incentives
Volume-based pricing
Track and improve:
Lead → approval → disbursal conversion
Lender-wise performance
Provide market insights on:
Lending trends
Competitor platforms
Product gaps
Compliance & Governance
Ensure all partnerships adhere to:
RBI digital lending guidelines
Internal compliance frameworks
Maintain proper:
Documentation
Audit trails
Partner agreements
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
3–7 years experience in:
Lending / DSA / NBFC / fintech partnerships
Strong understanding of:
Loan products (secured & unsecured)
Credit policies and underwriting basics
Experience working with:
Banks/NBFCs
Channel partners / DSAs
Exposure to:
Fintech platforms / LOS / APIs (preferred but not mandatory)

Fixed Salary: ₹9,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 CTC (depending on experience)
