The Travel Consultant is responsible for assisting clients in planning, booking, and managing their travel requirements. This includes providing expert advice on destinations, travel products, itineraries, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent sales abilities and customer service orientation.
Knowledge of travel destinations, airline fare structures, and booking platforms (GDS preferred).
Good command on Amadeus (GDS)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Contribute to team goals and collaborate with colleagues to improve overall performance.
Resolve travel-related issues promptly and maintain a positive customer experience.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge on destinations, airlines, and travel trends.
