🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound travel enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media

• Understand customer needs and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

• Provide accurate details on destinations, itineraries, pricing, and travel requirements

• Consistently follow up with leads until closure

🧠 Required Skills

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with closing ability

• Good knowledge of popular travel destinations and packages

• Customer-first attitude with strong attention to detail

🎓 Qualifications

• Graduate in any field (Travel & Tourism preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience
