As a Business Development Manager at SajawaatHome, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. We are looking for a dynamic individual who excels in sales, sales management, sales strategy, and social media marketing. Your proficiency in spoken and written English, along with strong MS-Excel skills, will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and build a pipeline of potential clients looking for furnishing products for their home or office, workplace. You will define who to target, not just execute a list.
2. Run outreach through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, offices, businesses, factories, and professional/housing society communities with a calm, non-pushy tone that reflects our brand. Every message is written by you not templated.
3. Manage the lead pipeline in our CRM every lead tracked, every follow-up logged on time, every conversation documented. Discipline here is the core of the job.
4. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
5. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets.
7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to build strong relationships.
8. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and business development initiatives.
