Job Title: Telecaller – NGO

Location: A-100 Sector 4 (Nearest Metro Station 16 )

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and persuasive Telecaller to join our NGO team. The role involves reaching out to potential donors, supporters, and volunteers to promote our causes, generate donations, and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors from provided databases

• Explain the NGO’s mission, ongoing campaigns, and impact clearly

• Encourage donations and support for various initiatives

• Maintain accurate records of calls, donor interactions, and follow-ups

• Handle donor queries and provide relevant information

• Build and maintain positive relationships with donors

• Meet daily/weekly calling and fundraising targets

• Follow communication scripts while being flexible and empathetic

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or fundraising is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Persuasive and confident speaking ability

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

• Passion for social work and NGO causes
