Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers.

• Contact leads generated through digital marketing, campaigns, website enquiries, and other sources.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about hair transplant, hair loss, and aesthetic treatments.

• Explain treatment procedures, benefits, consultation processes, and other relevant service information accurately.

• Follow up with prospective customers through calls and appropriate communication channels.

• Convert qualified leads into consultation appointments and walk-ins.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to improve conversion rates.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, appointments, and lead status in the CRM/system.

• Achieve assigned monthly and daily sales/conversion targets.

• Coordinate with clinic teams and consultants regarding scheduled appointments.

• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex queries to the concerned team.

• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the pre-consultation journey.

• Prepare and share regular updates on lead status, conversions, and follow-up activities.

• Follow company processes, sales guidelines, and customer communication standards.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.

• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, hair restoration, wellness, or a related industry will be an advantage.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.
