We are looking for a Telesales to join our team at at HDB FINANCIAL. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹14,000 - ₹18,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Make awareness and reminder calls to customers
🔹 Handle customer queries and follow-up calls
🔹 Generate PTP and coordinate for account pickups
🔹 Maintain call quality, TAT, and proper wrap-up
🔹 Identify accounts for further field visit action
🔹 Collect additional charges and update records
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 5 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
