Job Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers, explain our industrial machinery solutions, and convert inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.

- Follow up with existing inquiries and prospects through calls and WhatsApp.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery.

- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits.

- Maintain regular follow-ups until lead conversion.

- Coordinate with the sales and technical team for quotations and customer requirements.

- Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up reports.

- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure professional communication.

- Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Hindi and basic English communication.

- Confident and professional phone manner.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and WhatsApp.

- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.

- Experience in telesales, telecalling, or B2B sales is preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Salary & Growth

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be provided.

Salary Review: Performance will be reviewed after the training/probation period.
