Svarna Training Academy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team in Sector 132, Noida.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their career goals, providing information about courses and career opportunities, handling enquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and prospective learners regarding courses, career opportunities, and learning pathways.

• Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins, and social media.

• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

• Maintain accurate student and lead records in the CRM.

• Assist students with admission documentation and fee-related formalities.

• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for a smooth admission process.

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

• Maintain professional communication and represent Svarna Training Academy effectively.

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
