We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products or services
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and accurately
Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales activities in CRM systems
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Handle customer objections professionally and resolve basic queries
Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience. Applicants should have clear verbal communication, strong negotiation skills, good listening and problem-solving skills, basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software, ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
