Job Description

We are hiring Telesales Executives for Star Health Insurance. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining health insurance products to potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into successful sales. Candidates with excellent communication skills in Kannada and English and a customer-focused approach are encouraged to apply.

The position offers a salary of ₹24,000 – ₹30,000 per month along with unlimited performance-based incentives and excellent career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.

• Explain health insurance plans and their benefits.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.

• Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / PUC, Graduates can also apply.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Kannada is mandatory, along with good communication skills in English.

• Basic computer knowledge is required.

• Previous experience in telesales or insurance sales is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to persuade customers and achieve sales targets.
