Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to handle incoming and outgoing leads for our PG accommodation services. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential tenants, explaining property details, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads generated through ads, websites, and campaigns
Explain PG facilities, pricing, locations, and offers to prospects
Maintain daily lead records and update status in CRM/Excel
Coordinate with field staff for site visits and bookings
Handle customer queries professionally via calls and WhatsApp
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly conversion targets
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Experience in tele sales, real estate, or PG industry preferred
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹24,000 (Fixed + Incentives)
