Tele Sales Executive

Job Location

E-142, Sector-20, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Explain company services and hearing solutions to customers
Generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments/sales
Maintain customer database and follow-up records
Coordinate with customers regarding appointments and support
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Provide excellent customer service and communication support

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
Confident and polite speaking skills
Basic computer knowledge
Tele calling or tele sales experience preferred
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach

Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred

Experience

Fresher & experienced both can apply
