We are looking for a Customer Sales Specialist to handle customer queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Follow up with customers when required
Requirements :
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of customer handling and support processes
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools (preferred)
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus
