Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Explain products/services clearly and persuade customers
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-up
Required Skills:
Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary)
Preferred: Graduate in any field
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good listening and convincing ability
Patience and ability to handle rejection
Time management and multitasking skills
