Square Yards is looking for energetic and target-driven Real Estate Telecallers to join our growing sales team. The role involves interacting with potential customers, understanding their property requirements, and closing deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective property buyers and investors

• Explain real estate projects, pricing, and offers to clients

• Generate and follow up on sales leads

• Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients

• Maintain customer data and update CRM regularly

• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure smooth deal closure

• Coordinate with sales and site teams to close deals successfully

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language preferred)

• Experience in real estate telesales is an advantage (freshers can apply)

• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach

• Basic computer knowledge
