Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

• Explain the company's products and services related to stocks and trading.

• Identify customer requirements and provide relevant information about available services.

• Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and business growth.

• Keep up to date with basic stock market terminology and financial market developments.

• Communicate with customers professionally and ethically, without making misleading claims about returns or investment performance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Communication: Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Skills: Customer handling, negotiation, lead generation, and follow-up.

• Attitude: Positive, confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of the stock market and trading is an advantage.
