Job Title: International Telecaller / Customer Support Executive (Work From Home)

About the Role

We are looking for confident International Telecallers who can make outbound and handle inbound calls with customers in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. You will speak with customers, generate leads, explain services and keep good relationships with them. This is a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to international customers and prospects

• Handle inbound calls and answer customer questions professionally

• Explain products and services clearly and persuasively

• Generate leads, qualify prospects and book appointments for the sales team

• Follow up with leads through calls, emails and messages

• Update call details and customer information in the CRM accurately

• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, leads and conversions

• Handle objections and complaints calmly and fix issues on the first call where possible

• Follow call scripts, quality guidelines and compliance rules

• Share customer feedback and insights with the team

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation (neutral accent preferred)

• Strong communication, listening and convincing skills

• Confident speaking with international customers

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, Google Sheets)

• Able to work night shifts according to international time zones

• Self-disciplined and target-driven in a remote setup

Good to Have

• Experience in an international BPO, voice process or outbound sales

• Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) or dialers

• Experience in lead generation, appointment setting or B2B calling

• Understanding of US / UK customer culture and business etiquette

Eligibility

• HSC / Graduate in any discipline

• Your own laptop/PC with a noise-cancelling headset

• A stable high-speed internet connection with power backup
