Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Telecaller Team Lead to manage and guide a team of tele callers handling real estate leads. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, monitoring daily calling activities, improving lead conversion, coaching team members, and ensuring proper follow-up with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate telecallers.

• Allocate leads among team members and monitor lead follow-ups.

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Monitor call volume, connected calls, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.

• Ensure timely follow-up with potential buyers and investors.

• Train team members on project details, sales pitches, objection handling, and customer communication.

• Listen to calls and provide regular feedback to improve performance.

• Track team performance through daily/weekly MIS and reports.

• Identify underperforming team members and provide coaching and support.

• Coordinate with the Sales/Closing Team to ensure qualified leads are properly handed over.

• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM.

• Ensure that all customer interactions are professional and aligned with company policies.

• Handle escalated customer queries and assist team members in difficult conversations.

• Analyze lead quality and provide feedback to the marketing team.

• Drive site-visit bookings and improve lead-to-site-visit conversion.

• Conduct regular team meetings to review targets, challenges, and performance.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of tele calling and inside-sales processes.

• Ability to handle sales objections effectively.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software.

• Ability to analyze sales and calling reports.

• Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.

• Hindi and English communication skills; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in tele calling/inside sales.

• Prior experience managing a tele calling team is preferred.

• Real estate experience will be preferred.
