Key Responsibilities
Team Management
Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of real estate sales consultants.
Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
Support team members in closing high-value property deals.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
Client Relationship Management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Handle escalated client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Guide clients regarding property investment opportunities and market trends.
Market Analysis
Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Provide market insights and recommendations to management.
Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
