Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Sales Support Executive who can independently manage day-to-day coordination tasks, including lead calling, HR support activities, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should be organized, confident in communication, and comfortable handling both people and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients and candidates using company-provided data

• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups

• Maintain and update records using Excel and internal trackers

• Handle basic HR coordination and sales support activities

• Prepare and submit daily MIS and status reports

• Follow up with prospects, candidates, and internal teams

• Ensure timely and professional communication with all stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in HR support, sales coordination, or back-office roles

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (filters, formulas, basic reports)

• Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi, Marathi & English preferred)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily targets

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail

• Professional attitude and client-friendly communication style

Preferred (Nice to Have) Skills

• Experience using CRM or ATS tools

• Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Workspace

• Basic understanding of recruitment or sales processes

• Ability to prepare and present simple reports
