We are hiring a Client Acquisition Manager – HR Consulting to acquire and onboard B2B clients for our paid HR services.
Responsibilities:
Onboard companies for recruitment, staffing, internships & HR consulting services
Pitch paid HR solutions to startups, SMEs, corporates & BPOs
Close deals and achieve monthly business targets
Handle follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn & email
Coordinate with internal team after deal closure
Requirements:
2–5 years experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
Experience in HR consultancy / recruitment / staffing sales preferred
Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
Comfortable with target-based & incentive-driven role
Good English communication required
Compensation:
₹15,000–₹25,000 fixed + high performance-based incentives
Minimum ₹5,000 commission per closed deal (no cap)
