As a professional in telecalling, you will be generating leads and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls, addressing inquiries, and generating leads. We are seeking a candidate with a proven telecalling track record and a strong skill in building positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

– Initiating cold calls to commercial drivers to promote our services.

– Generating leads by effectively communicating the features and advantages of our services.

– Developing and maintaining positive relationships with drivers to foster long-term connections.

– Keeping knowledge of service information, benefits, and promotions to provide precise details to drivers.

– Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of driver interactions.

– Engaging in follow-up calls to cultivate leads and convert potential calls into actual clients.

Qualifications:

– A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any field.

– Strong business communication abilities.

– Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

– Capability to manage high-pressure situations and perform well in a fast-paced setting.
