Key Skills Required:

Strong telephonic sales & persuasion skills
Ability to understand UPSC aspirant needs and counsel accordingly
Excellent communication in Hindi (English understanding mandatory)
Proven experience in lead conversion & follow-ups
Comfortable working with CRM / lead management tools
Target-driven mindset with consistent performance record

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle incoming & outbound leads for UPSC courses and test series
Provide correct course guidance and close enrollments
Maintain daily call reports and lead status
Achieve assigned sales targets with quality counseling

Compensation: Fixed Salary + High Incentives
