We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and client interactions.

• Explain company services and solutions to potential clients professionally.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams for lead conversion.

• Prepare sales reports, daily calling reports, and performance analysis.

• Train and motivate telesales executives for better performance.

• Maintain CRM records and customer databases accurately.

• Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing.

• Knowledge of IT services, Cyber Security, or Software Sales is preferred.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and handle pressure.

• Good leadership and team management skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

• MBA is a plus.
