We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Rocket Deals Pvt Ltd. Your key responsibilities will be:
1. Connect with potential clients through outbound calls while also responding to incoming sales inquiries.
2. Clearly explain product or service features and guide customers through the buying process over the phone.
3. Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions based on their needs.
4. Record call details, customer information, and sales updates accurately in the CRM system.
5. Reconnect with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and convert opportunities into sales.
6. Address customer concerns confidently and handle objections with effective negotiation skills.
7. Consistently achieve or surpass assigned daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
8. Adhere to company guidelines, call scripts, and compliance standards during all interactions.
9. Work closely with team leaders and colleagues to enhance overall sales performance and results.
