🏢 Position: Telecalling Officer

📍 Location: Noida Sector 58

💼 Job Type: Office Job (No Field Work)

💰 Salary: 18,700 to 20,700 (Depends On Interview )

🎓 Qualification: Graduate (Freshers can also apply)

📝 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Make awareness and reminder calls to customers

🔹 Handle customer queries and follow-up calls

🔹 Achieve daily recovery and resolution targets

🔹 Generate PTP and coordinate for account pickups

🔹 Maintain call quality, TAT, and proper wrap-up

🔹 Identify accounts for further field visit action

🔹 Collect additional charges and update records
