Position: Telecaller / Sales Executive
Industry: Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)
Location: Chennai
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to promote and sell loan and insurance products over phone calls. The candidate should have good communication skills, convincing ability, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain loan and insurance products
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Explain product benefits, features, and eligibility clearly
Follow up with customers for documentation and closure
Maintain customer database and call records
Achieve monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries professionally
Required Skills
Good communication and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of loans, insurance, or financial products (preferred)
Confidence in telephonic sales
Ability to handle rejection positively
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Qualification
Minimum: Any graduate preferred
Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, banking, insurance, or loan sales is an advantage
