Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to promote and sell loan and insurance products over phone calls. The candidate should have good communication skills, convincing ability, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain loan and insurance products

• Generate leads and convert them into sales

• Explain product benefits, features, and eligibility clearly

• Follow up with customers for documentation and closure

• Maintain customer database and call records

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Handle customer queries professionally

Required Skills

• Good communication and persuasion skills

• Basic knowledge of loans, insurance, or financial products (preferred)

• Confidence in telephonic sales

• Ability to handle rejection positively

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Qualification

• Minimum: 12th pass / Any graduate preferred

• Experience in telesales, banking, insurance, or loan sales is an advantage
