Job Title: Sales Manager (Two-Wheeler Showroom)

📋 Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent customer experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets

Monitor daily enquiries, test rides, bookings, and deliveries

Plan and execute sales strategies, offers, and campaigns

Handle walk-in customers and key negotiations

Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams for closures

Track conversion ratio (enquiry → booking → delivery)

Train and motivate sales executives for better performance

Maintain showroom discipline and customer satisfaction

Prepare daily & monthly sales reports

✅ Requirements:

Qualification: 12th/ Any Degree / MBA preferred

Experience: 1-3 years in automobile sales (2W preferred)

Strong leadership and team handling skills

Good communication (Tamil must, English preferred)

Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

Knowledge of finance, insurance & dealership process

💼 Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives 💰

⏰ Working Details:

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Weekly Off: 1 day Saturday or Sunday
