Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate

Experience Required: 6 Months to 3 Years

Location: [nx one Greater noida west , Tech Zone 4]

Salary: [15000-25000]

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
Explain real estate projects (residential/commercial properties) to clients.
Generate leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain and update customer database in Excel/CRM.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling (Real Estate preferred).
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
Confident and persuasive speaking skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Target-oriented and positive attitude.
Skills Preferred:
CRM handling knowledge.
Lead generation experience.
Strong follow-up skills.
Ability to convince and close appointments.
