Real Estate Tele caller / Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
• Explain project details, offers, location benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and match them with suitable project options.
• Convince customers to schedule and confirm property site visits.
• Confirm customer availability and coordinate site visit timings.
• Ensure customers reach the project site by providing location guidance and support.
• Regularly follow up with interested leads to increase conversion.
• Maintain daily calling reports, lead status, and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of confirmed site visits.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly site visit and lead conversion targets.
