Tele calling Executive (Female) – Interior Design

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and experienced Female Tele calling Executive to join our Interior Design company in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in tele calling or sales, with excellent communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into appointments and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on existing leads.

• Explain the company's interior design services professionally.

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales/design team.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to increase conversions.

• Update customer information and call records in Excel or CRM.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead management.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Tele calling, Sales, or Customer Support.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel); CRM experience is an added advantage.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

• Experience in Interior Design, Real Estate, Construction, Home Decor, or related industries is preferred.
