Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Telecaller to connect with potential donors, volunteers, and stakeholders. The role involves making outbound calls, sharing information about our initiatives, and encouraging support for our programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters from provided data.

• Explain the NGO’s mission, ongoing campaigns, and impact.

• Encourage donations, sponsorships, or volunteer participation.

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.

• Handle queries and provide appropriate information about programs.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with donors.

• Meet daily/weekly calling and fundraising targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in [insert languages, e.g., Hindi & English].

• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or fundraising is a plus.

• Passion for social work and NGO sector.
