Job Title: Micro Loan Sales Executive

Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon
Gender: Male / Female
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Working: 6 Days a Week

Candidate Requirements:-

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Loan Sales.

• Candidates with strong experience in Micro Loan Sales will be preferred.

• Must have proven experience in field sales and customer acquisition.

• Candidates should have a consistent employment history.

• Employment gap of more than 2 months is not acceptable.

• Strong communication, convincing and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Male and Female candidates can apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Generate new customers for Micro Loan products through field visits, references and local market activities.

• Identify and approach potential customers who meet the loan eligibility criteria.

• Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, interest rates and repayment terms to customers.

• Manage the complete customer acquisition process from lead generation to loan disbursement.

• Collect and verify customer documents as per company requirements.

• Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for application processing.

• Conduct customer/field verification wherever required.

• Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure timely completion of the loan process.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and local market contacts.

• Maintain accurate daily activity, lead and conversion reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.

Preferred Profile

Candidates currently or previously working with Microfinance/NBFC/Financial Services companies in roles such as:

Micro Loan Sales Executive | Loan Officer | Relationship Officer | Sales Officer | Field Sales Executive | Business Development Executive

Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
