Position: Hotel Sales Manager

Experience: 2–5 years in hotel/hospitality sales preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Drive room sales through corporate clients, travel agents, companies and other business accounts.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.

• Generate new business through cold calling, client visits, references, networking and market visits.

• Handle corporate room bookings, long-stay requirements and group bookings.

• Achieve monthly and yearly room revenue and occupancy targets.

• Prepare and share quotations, proposals and corporate rate agreements.

• Conduct regular sales calls and client meetings to generate business.

• Develop relationships with corporate houses, MNCs, SMEs, travel companies, DMCs and event agencies.

• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Coordinate with the Front Office, Reservations, F&B and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate bookings.

• Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects and business leads.

• Monitor competitor rates, offers and market trends.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecast reports and business development plans.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and coordinate with the accounts team where required.

• Represent the hotel at corporate events, networking meets, exhibitions and industry gatherings.

Candidate Profile

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Strong knowledge of hotel room sales and corporate sales.

• Existing corporate contacts/network will be an advantage.

• Confident in client meetings and negotiations.

• Good knowledge of the Gurgaon/NCR corporate market preferred.

• Target-oriented, proactive and presentable.

• Comfortable with local travel for client visits.

• Knowledge of PMS, Excel and basic sales reporting preferred.
