Telecaller Outbound

Position: Telecaller – Digital Marketing Location: New Ashok Nagar, Delhi Company: Aptech Services Pvt. Ltd. Employment Type: Full-time / Fresher-friendly

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential bussiness.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.

• Follow up with leads to convert them into clients.

• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

• Provide accurate information and maintain professionalism during calls.

🛠 Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts preferred (training will be provided).

• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and confidence.

• Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling experience is an advantage.
