• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads and databases.

• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and other relevant information to potential buyers.

• Generate and qualify leads through effective telephonic communication.

• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.

• Follow up with interested customers to maintain engagement and convert leads.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.

• Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams regarding customer requirements and follow-ups.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Experience using CRM software will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
