UPROI DIGITAL is looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller Executive to handle lead verification and pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, along with the ability to engage potential customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to verify leads and customer details
Handle pre-sales inquiries and provide accurate information about services
Qualify leads based on interest level and requirements
Maintain proper records of calls and update CRM/sheets regularly
Follow up with potential customers to drive conversions
Coordinate with the sales team for high-intent leads
Ensure professional and positive communication with prospects
Required Skills
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Good convincing and negotiation abilities
Basic understanding of sales/pre-sales process
Ability to handle customer objections confidently
Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets/CRM tools preferred)
