Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary:
The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting donors, volunteers, and supporters to share information about the NGO’s initiatives, collect donations, and maintain relationships with stakeholders. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for social causes.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors to explain the NGO’s mission and projects
Request donations or support for specific campaigns or causes
Handle incoming queries from donors or supporters professionally
Build and maintain positive relationships with donors to encourage long-term support
Meet daily/weekly call and donation targets set by the organization
Follow up on pending commitments or pledges
Share feedback from donors with the team for improvement of campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to speak politely and confidently over the phone
Empathy and interest in social work or NGO activities
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or graduate (preferred, but flexible for experienced candidates)
Preferred Experience:
0–2 years in telecalling, customer support, fundraising, or sales (freshers can apply)
Work Environment:
Office-based or work-from-office setup
