Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and persuasive Telecaller to support our NGO outreach and fundraising efforts. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential donors, spreading awareness about social causes, and encouraging contributions to support our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters.

• Explain the NGO’s mission, ongoing campaigns, and impact.

• Build rapport with donors and maintain positive relationships.

• Encourage donations and participation in fundraising programs.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and donor information.

• Follow up with interested donors via calls, messages, or emails.

• Meet daily/weekly calling and fundraising targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills

• Ability to convince and influence people positively.

• Basic computer knowledge

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or fundraising is a plus.

• Passion for social work and community service.
