Job Title: Telecaller

Location: A-100 Sector 4 Noida ( Nearest Metro Station 16)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters from provided databases

• Clearly explain the NGO’s mission, ongoing projects, and impact

• Encourage donations, memberships, or participation in campaigns

• Handle inbound calls and respond to donor queries professionally

• Maintain accurate records of calls, donor details, and contributions

• Follow up with interested donors and maintain long-term relationships

• Meet daily/weekly call and fundraising targets

• Ensure a positive and respectful communication tone at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or fundraising is a plus

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

• Passion for social work and NGO causes
