Key Responsibilities
Make 100–120+ New outbound calls daily to potential buyers from provided databases, past inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
Introduce ongoing and upcoming real estate projects (apartments, floors, villas, commercial spaces) in prime Gurgaon micro-markets.
Qualify leads based on budget, preferred location, possession timeline, and investment intent.
Fix site visits and appointments with the sales team for project walkthroughs.
Follow up consistently with warm leads (cold leads to be nurtured over 15–30 days).
Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-up reminders in CRM software.
Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs: calls made, connects, qualified leads, visits fixed, and closures assisted.
Handle inbound inquiries from digital ads, social media, and property portals (e.g., 99acres, Magicbricks, Square Yards).
Provide basic project information – pricing, floor plans, possession date, RERA registration, amenities, and payment plans.
Overcome basic objections and redirect serious leads to senior sales executives for negotiation.
