Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Business Development Caller to connect with potential customers, generate business leads, and support the Sales & Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business clients.

• Introduce the company, products, and services professionally.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.

• Understand customer requirements and share relevant information.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

• Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.

• Coordinate with the Sales & Business Development team for further customer handling.

• Provide regular updates on calling activities and lead status.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and positive telephone manner.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Ability to convince and engage customers.

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Preferred Qualification

Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills.
