We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join our growing SaaS team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets in the HRMS and enterprise software domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.

• Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets of ₹3–4 lakhs.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored SaaS solutions.

• Provide regular reporting on pipeline, closures, and revenue contribution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 2–5 years of proven sales experience (real estate, BFSI, or SaaS preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Target‑driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
