Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Promote our services including Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS Messaging, Voice Call Marketing, Chatbot, Email Marketing, and Software Development.

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.

• Maintain regular communication with existing clients.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and professional approach towards customers.

• Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Previous experience in B2B Sales / Digital Marketing / SaaS / Telecom / IT Services will be an advantage.
